LILI is an Indigenous singer, songwriter, and recording artist from Sturgeon Lake First Nation in Saskatchewan, Canada. A proud nehiyaw iskwew (Cree woman), she blends her creative spirit with her deep cultural roots, practicing a traditional lifestyle while embracing modern artistry.
In 2024, LILI released new music under the Ble$$ed Street Record label and featured on a track with fellow recording artist Lancelot Knight. Her single, “My Body is a Temple”, released on September 12, 2024 reflecting her unique vocal style—heartfelt, soulful, and inspired by grassroots music festivals, independent artists, and living in dual worlds as an urban native.
A nomadic spirit with a magic vibe, LILI’s music reflects her journey through healing, growth, and resilience. Her work at a First Nation Healing Lodge, under the guidance of elders and knowledge keepers, has further deepened her connection to her cultural heritage and the spirit of her music. She also performs traditional Cree rattle songs which carry the emotions of loss, hope, and perseverance, inviting listeners to join her in miyo-pimatisiwin (living a good life).
